  1. Hi Abigail, that is such a great video. I can’t wait to show my kids. I just flew into Toronto from Vancouver for my monthly trial appointment, and watched it while Ubering to meet my brother at a gourmet salad restaurant 🙂 I want to wait until I get back home tomorrow to watch it with them. I am always appreciative of everything you do for the MBC community, and wish you the best. Also, I was thinking of you for this reason: I really pushed against my dr’s inexplicable (sabbatical dr, not usual Dr) gatekeeping with starting this trial, because I read about Heather Douglas in an Ontario Clinical Trials online brochure. She was diagnosed as MBC in 2009 (as far as I know not her2pos, but hormone pos). She is still alive, as of July 10th at least. She had several progressions even early on and is still here. Maybe you would like to look her up.
also, I find your Twitter feed informative, but I felt Millennial MD is unlike your usual content. Have you looked at his feed? It’s not horrendous, but… guess my preference would be drs like that don’t get boosted. I love most of the drs I have in person, and this is the first one I’ve come across that ruffled my feathers. I was just wondering if you truly think highly of that kind of things he stands for. This comment is not a reflection on how I feel about you!! ❤

    1. Thank you so much — I checked his feed and am now a bit appalled that I didn’t check it sooner! Appreciate the input. Glad to hear how you are speaking up for yourself — so important!

    2. yes… appalling that he’s in a position of power. but, I came back to let you know my dr said there will be some radioligand trials opening soon, that could be an option for me. hopefully you’ve heard about this option as well, but if not could be something to look into
