Thank you for sticking with me this month! October tends to be a long month for those of us living with cancer. It’s triggering, it brings up memories, it can cause consternation in the extreme. And yet, we survived another October.
My purpose in sharing my story and the details of living with Stage IV Metastatic Breast Cancer is to educate, to raise awareness of MBC, to humanize this disease, and ultimately to spur each of you into action. I recognize that this is a BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) to accomplish while sitting behind the screen of my computer. And yet I keep on keeping on.
I appreciate everyone who read, commented on, shared, and engaged with my posts this month. Hoping to be here next year with another month long campaign to educate and engage all of you.
well done, huge awareness for MBC

Bhag in hindi means to “run” and it’s a tough run to endure and persevere. Hats off to all and cheers to the spirit

Thank you! espeecially since it sounds like YOU had a very difficult October with your own disease. I’m over it all, two scans, more bloodwork,, changes in medication. Yes, October can be triggering.
